The T10E1 was armed with two Oerlikon 20mm guns in modified Maxson M45 turrets which could also accept four .50cal MGs. The turrets were installed on modified M16 MGMCs, however all but one of the T10E1s produced were returned to their .50cal configuration. The first production vehicle was retained by Aberdeen Proving Ground out of historical interest.
